These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern your partitipation in and use of the mum&meAPP (‘the App’) and any website or web pages or other electronic services operated by mum&meAPP.

1. Introduction

1.1 mum&meAPP through it’s app and services provides a service for providing expectant and new parents with guidance on recommended products and services to care for children and guidance on best practices in child care, based on text, images and videos. The services are informative only, and the user cannot comment or ask questions in relation to the content provided.

1.2 The services are operated by mum&meAPP  and the use of our services is open to any user who downloads the app.

1.3 These terms will apply to all users of the mum&meAPP.

1.4 No payment is made to download or operate the mum&meAPP.

1.5 Please note that these terms may be amended from time to time. Notification of any changes will be made via push notification to all users.

2. Registration and subscription

2.1 The app is compatible with and available on the Apple AppStore (iOS) and Google PlayStore (Android).

2.1 There are no costs associated with downloading and operating the mum&meAPP. All transactions between the user and the businesses advertising products and services are agreed directly between the user and the advertised company.

2.2 mum&meAPP accept no responsibilty for any transactions between user and advertiser, but are happy to mediate if a problem occurs.
